  1. There is no miracle pill, have a realistic goal. There is no way too can be in contest shape in a month after no experience. Most of the iconic bodybuilders, aka Arnold, have taken roids. Its all about eating right and lifting a lot. Consume protein and rest. Getting cut is different than gaining muscle. That comes from cardio. Most bodybuilders go on alternate cycles of cutting and bulking. Its not a thing you do in a month. Good luck
