Muscle Building Carbs

muscle building carbs
what is more important for buliding muscle? protein or carbs?

i know they are both important, but should i have more protein or more carbs to build more lean muscle mass....i have a slow metabolism and i dont like to eat too many carbs, what is a good amount for maintaining and feeding muscle?

Protein, the muscle is essentially protein so it needs proteins to grow and be strong. Carbs are basically for getting more muscle mass but it doesn't go only to the muscle and since you say you're metabolism is slow... that means you're body will have more time to absorb the protein and it will not go away too fast giving the muscle enough to gain more mass. The carbs are more for those who are really thin and have a fast metabolism.
